A downloadable game for Windows and Linux

Time & Other Fiddly Concepts is short narrative-driven puzzle platformer. Sort of like Marble Madness meets The Stanley Paradox. Guide your marble (or glass object) to the swirling portal at the end of each level, and possibly gain some insight along the way.

I consider this my first real game. Much like my previous outings, I've learned a lot, but the final product falls short of what I had in mind. It wouldn't be my first game if I drastically overscoped it!

Controls are explained in the game, but you're looking at:

Controller: Left Stick, a few face buttons, the shoulder buttons

Keyboard: WASD, E/F/N/M/J/K

Start/Escape will immediately go back to the menu, but it'll save the level you got up to.

Thanks for playing!

Quick day 7 patch to resolve buttons going bright red, and to have NPC spiky balls prioritise the player

Very deep game. I love the idea and how whacky the puzzles get. Every level seems to have a deeper meaning which is cool and gives context to otherwise a random cool marble.

You're very kind to say so - glad you liked it!

Quick day 2 patch to resolve a few bugs courtesy of FullBongRip, a soft-lock, and adding some extra visual cues for the 4th set of levels.
